Top 3 ranked children's activity provider in the UK 2025, designed to fit in with your curriculum and delivered by qualified and experienced teachers, we deliver STEM workshops and clubs in schools and nurseries across the UK, helping children, and teachers develop the skills and confidence to succeed in STEM.

Our workshops can cover inventing, engineering, coding and design for KS1 and KS2 and a variety of additional science topics for early years both in schools and nurseries.

This in-person workshops is predominantly available in Tyneside, Reading, Haywards Heath, Oxford, the Midlands, London, Guildford, Portsmouth, Southampton and Lincolnshire, although we are always happy to discuss travelling further afield where possible.

Bring STEM to Life in Your Classroom

Inspire curiosity and creativity in EYFS–KS2 with our expert-led, hands-on STEM workshops. Covering engineering, inventing, coding, and more, our sessions spark excitement while reinforcing core curriculum concepts.

Our workshops are:

  • Hassle-free – we bring everything with us, whether in-person or online. Booking is quick and simple, and prep time is minimal.
  • Flexible – choose from in-person sessions, live virtual workshops, or cost-effective pre-recorded options.

Engineering & Roman Structures, in-person

We learn about some of the world's best-known Roman & and post Roman structures and the engineers who designed them.

We then use engineering principles to complete hands-on challenges that get us testing columns and building aqueducts..

 

KS2: This workshop is perfect for your KS2 pupils to learn about engineering, the impact of engineering and to take part in hands-on engineering activities.

Pupils learn about how ancient engineers have had to problem-solve to build strong structures, and the need to move water over long distances and then apply the concepts to two hands-on engineering challenges.

"The children were completely engaged in the workshop and had the best time creating their structures in small groups with the resources provided to them. A few children commented on the day using words such as 'inspiring' which was really great to hear."

What you get if you book an In-Person Workshop:

  • Qualified teachers delivering the workshop to up to 5 classes in a day, from Nursery to KS2, or 4 classes and an assembly.
  • Practical Activities that emphasise problem solving, collaboration and creative thinking along with computing concepts and skills.
  • Materials List including all the printables for the workshop.
  • Teacher Information Sheet telling you what we cover, the National Curriculum Links and some follow up ideas to extend the learning.
  • Parent Information Sheet to include parents in their children's learning.
  • Display Printables to have a display all ready to go up on your wall.
  • The opportunity to book an additional CPD or KS2 After School AI Club, run by our experienced staff, on the day of the workshop.
