STEM Grants
Obtain a grant to fund free STEM workshops or activities
You may be eligible to apply for a grant to obtain funding for one of our STEM workshops, STEM events, or STEM clubs from one of the organisations below. We have provided free STEM workshops for schools through some of these grant schemes. However, please note that we are not responsible for providing these grants. It is up to you to make the application as an independent organisation.
STEM Learning Ltd.
(external link)We are a registered provider with STEM Learning Ltd. You can apply for a grant of up to £500 for STEM-related activities for schools from them.
Institution of Physics Grant Scheme
(external link)Grants of up to £600 is available for schools, colleges, and home school groups that promote a greater interest in physics and engineering in young people. They encourage activities that cover some of our workshops including energy and space.
Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)
(external link)Grants of up to £5000 are available for a wide range of UK-based STEM activities. You may be eligible to obtain this funding for both workshops and STEM assemblies.
British Science Week Grants
(external link)Two types of grants are available. A grant between £150 to £700 for science-related activities for schools and grants between £500 - £2000 for community groups.
Millennium Point (West Midlands)
(external link)Grants of up to £20,000 are available for schools based in West Midlands for activities related to STEM.
