Money Town transforms your school hall into a fully working town, complete with a bank, shop, estate agents, investing zone and tax office. Pupils earn wages, open accounts, budget, invest and pay tax in a hands-on simulation that makes financial concepts stick. Money Town links directly to maths and oracy objectives while building lasting financial confidence.

Here’s a quick overview of how the day runs: For KS2 and KS3: 1.5-hour immersive sessions For Year 3 & 4: 1-hour immersive sessions (All sessions are fully resourced and built around engaging, role-play style financial literacy activities.) All you need to provide is a hall space to set up the Money Town for the day.

Banking- Long and Short term savings

Children look at the different type of savings and calculate how much of their wage to put into savings. We also look at how to keep our money safe when we are online.
