Inspiring every child to invent, build, and shape the future
Bring STEM to Life in Your Classroom
Inspire curiosity and creativity in EYFS–KS2 with our expert-led, hands-on STEM workshops. Covering engineering, inventing, coding, and more, our sessions spark excitement while reinforcing core curriculum concepts.
Our workshops are:
- Curriculum-linked – designed to strengthen pupils’ understanding of STEM in fun, practical ways.
- Impactful across the curriculum – research shows that taking part in engineering activities can boost attainment in every subject.
- Expert led – delivered by qualified and experienced primary teachers who connect learning directly to the curriculum.
- Hassle-free – we bring everything with us, whether in-person or online. Booking is quick and simple, and prep time is minimal.
- Flexible – choose from in-person sessions, live virtual workshops, or cost-effective pre-recorded options.
KS1 & KS2 Workshops
These workshops can also be linked to the 2026 theme 'Curiosity...what's your question?'
What problem do we really need to solve and what could we design to solve it?
In this workshop we learn about how inventions solve our trickiest problems, and hear about some famous (and not so famous) inventors.
Then, we use the design thinking process to create an invention that solves a real-world problem ourselves!
This can also be extended into a patent and copyright or entrepreneurship-focused workshop
KS1: This STEM Workshop is perfect to get your KS1 pupils working collaboratively and thinking creatively with hands-on invention and design activities.
Pupils start by learning about inventions and specifically how inventions solve problems. We take part in an invention challenge to save the day of a character from a fairy tale and end in a practical engineering challenge.
"The workshop was great fun, pitched correctly and really easy to manage with the resource list provided. My class loved it!"
KS2: This STEM Workshop is perfect to teach your KS2 pupils about invention and design with hands-on design activities.
We start by learning about what inventions are and how they solve problems. We then look at how some famous and not-so-famous inventors solved problems with their inventions and for our practical activity, we work through the design thinking process to come up with our own brand new inventions.
"The workshop was pitched at exactly the right level with plenty of hands on fun. It was just the right length too - couldn't fault it."
