Here is an example of what you expect during a workshop day:

Start with engaging dance games to help children get comfortable with the Zest teacher.
Dance warm-up includes a discussion on staying fit and healthy.
Props are used to match the chosen theme or dance style.
Teacher dresses in themed costumes for an immersive experience.
Session concludes with a cool-down and stretching routine.
Early years dance workshops usually last up to 30 minutes.

Music

Music plays a vital role in bringing our early years dance workshops to life. We carefully select music that captures the essence of the dance style or theme, instantly engaging young children and transporting them into the world of movement. The rhythms and melodies spark their imagination and encourage creative expression, making the learning experience even more enjoyable.

Additinally, we ensure all music used is age-appropriate, with no inappropriate language or themes, so you can feel confident it's suitable for young audiences.

Cost

Half day workshops from £250.00 plus travel

Full day workshops from £380.00 plus travel

The travel costs will be added if you are outside London. They are calculated depending on your school's location and we will find the cheapest option for you.

We take up to 30 students per workshop. If you have more than that taking part that is fine, we would just need to provide multiple dance teachers for your workshops.
