Maths and Dance Workshops
Our Maths and Dance workshops use movement to teach curriculum topics in an engaging and relatable way, ideal for KS1 and KS2. By using physical activities, such as forming groups to demonstrate addition and subtraction, children can visualise maths concepts more effectively.
Workshops incorporate mathematical terms like increase, decrease, and rotation to familiarise students with key vocabulary. With fun, hip-hop-style music, the sessions aim to build confidence in maths while making learning active and enjoyable.

Benefits
Dance offers numerous benefits, including improved coordination, balance, and spatial awareness. It introduces children to dance terminology, enhancing their spoken English skills and even linking to maths concepts. Our Maths and Dance workshops are especially engaging for KS1 students.
Additionally, dance promotes a healthy lifestyle by encouraging physical activity and teaching the importance of staying fit from an early age. It’s a fun and educational way to support overall development and well-being.
