Inspirational Speeches for Your Event
The more you unlock within your people, the richer the conversations—driving deeper understanding and greater impact. Organisations often find that an external facilitator creates the right level of distance, enabling open, productive dialogue without becoming overly personal. Charlotte delivers industry-leading talks and training that inspire change and create lasting impact.
Charlotte can deliver speeches to:
- employees and staff
- educators and teachers during INSET training
- school governors

- young people in schools
Background & Experience
Charlotte’s background is rooted in frontline youth work, where she spent over two decades within drug and alcohol services. This foundation led her to become a nationwide trainer and speaker for prestigious organisations, including the National Youth Agency (NYA), Mentor ADEPIS, and Alcohol Concern. She is a BA (Hons) graduate in Applied Community Studies and a qualified Life Coach, specialising in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Positive Behavioural Support (PBS).
What sets Charlotte apart on the corporate and educational stage is her "lived experience" perspective. As a passionate neurodiversity advocate who navigated her own challenges with neurodivergence and early emotional distress, she brings an unmatched level of honesty to her sessions. She creates safe, collaborative spaces where professionals—from social workers and teachers to corporate leaders—can show up as their authentic selves, challenge their own values, and attain true, actionable knowledge. Whether delivering a keynote at a national conference or facilitating a bespoke "Train the Trainer" intensive, Charlotte’s mission remains the same: to empower support networks with the tools to weather the realities of being a young person in today’s society.
