Towards Exceptional PSHE Provision

Exceptional PSHE enables pupils to navigate modern life with confidence and wellbeing. This INSET supports teachers to design a coherent and compliant PSHE curriculum that aligns with statutory guidance and school priorities. Participants explore effective curriculum sequencing, assessment approaches, age appropriate lesson design and strategies for delivering sensitive topics with clarity. This course helps schools strengthen personal development and improve pupil outcomes.

The Confident Teacher of PSHE Education

This INSET helps teachers build confidence in delivering PSHE, particularly when teaching challenging or sensitive content. Participants learn how to create safe learning environments, manage discussions and support diverse pupil needs. Strategies for modelling, questioning, clarification and promoting pupil voice are explored. This course supports staff at all levels to deliver PSHE lessons with assurance and professional confidence.

Teaching Relationships & Sex Education (RSHE)

High quality RSHE supports pupils to form healthy relationships and make informed choices. This INSET provides teachers with practical guidance for planning and delivering statutory RSHE content across age groups. Participants learn approaches for teaching consent, online safety, puberty, sexual health and respectful behaviour.
