Our Relationships and Sex Education program bridges the gap between young people's reality and educators' understanding. Since the 2020 curriculum change, it's become our flagship offering, covering all aspects of modern life. From friendships to family dynamics, we provide comprehensive modules that equip youth with essential life skills. Our curriculum addresses not only traditional topics but also modern challenges like revenge porn and LGBTQ awareness.

We prioritise empowering students to navigate healthy relationships, practice empathy, and set boundaries. Evidence indicates that quality RSE leads to delayed sexual debut, consensual relationships, abuse awareness, contraceptive use, and reduced STI/pregnancy risk.   • Combating Misogyny, Toxic Masculinity, and Social Media Influence: Addressing harmful gender stereotypes and promoting positive attitudes towards gender equality.
  • Pornography & the Internet: Understanding the impact of pornography on perceptions of sex and relationships and navigating online spaces safely.
  • Sex & the Law: Educating on legal aspects related to consent, age of consent, and sexual rights.
  • Sex & Boundaries: Learning to recognise and respect personal boundaries and the boundaries of others in sexual encounters.
  • Contraception: Exploring various contraceptive methods and their effectiveness,.
  • Pregnancy and choices: Discussing options and considerations regarding pregnancy, including parenting, adoption, and abortion.
  • Negotiating safer sex: Developing skills for open and honest communication about sexual health and preferences with partners.

While many schools offer extensive programs, few provide comprehensive education on mental health, self-esteem, and prevention. Our aim is to address this gap with interactive workshops tailored to fit within one class period (60 mins). Focused primarily on youths' self-esteem and confidence, we tackle issues like mental health, sexual health, addiction, self-harm, knife-crime, gangs, bullying, anxiety, social media, and body changes. Our organisation actively educates school staff, parents, and students on mental health matters, employing a therapeutic approach to help adolescents navigate challenges both at school and home. Our workshops for KS1 & KS2 cover topics such as mindfulness, bullying (including cyberbullying), self-esteem, internet safety, and more. For KS3 and above, we delve into drug awareness, alcohol addiction, sex education, LGBTQ+ issues, and more. Using interactive tools and videos, our sessions are engaging and impactful.
