Heartwarming and Playful Puppet Show: Along Came A Magpie School Workshops

Support students to explore feelings, friendship and growth with this delightful 40min theatre show

Along Came A Magpie supports children to explore feelings and growth with the help of playful and unforgettable characters. Featuring puppetry, plants and lots of pots, this forty minute adventure is designed to delight students across Nursery - KS1 and their adults. In the intimate setting of a potting shed, we meet our Gardener. She loves the smell of the flowers, the feel of the earth and watching her plants bloom. But along came a magpie who turned her potting shed upside down! Making friends is lots of fun, but can sometimes be tricky. Join our gardener and magpie on this playful and heart warming journey as they navigate the intricacies of friendship. The show uses a beautiful blend of physical story telling, puppetry and music. With very little spoken content, the show can be a wonderful choice for non verbal communicators or those for whom English is a 2nd language.
