Making jewellery
Children spend much of the day doing arts and crafts, with high quality resources and instructions. They make Egyptian necklaces, collars, mirrors and bracelets. These hands-on activities make the day fun and hghly educational
In this workshop children learn about Egyptian fashion and beauty. We look at photos, two children dress up with clothes, jewellery, and wigs, and everyone tries some Egyptian perfume. There are two art sessions - in the morning children make a necklace, bracelet or mirror, and in the afternoon everyone makes a collar.

What a wonderful day! The children all loved learning about Egyptian Fashions. All the children loved it, had so much fun, and learnt so much.
Just a quick email to say 'Thank You' for your visit last week. The children thoroughly enjoyed it and still talk about it now. It really brought the topic to life and inspired them to carry out their own research.
A great way to introduce the Egyptians. Excellent practical activities that challenged the children. The artefacts made create a great classroom display.
