Testimonials

One of the best school trips we have been on. We came with 30 students who were apprehensive about taking part in the activities, however Sam - the manager, was brilliant. She obviously has lots of experience with students and large groups - because by the half way mark -every students was getting sucked in. Great for confidence building as a reward! We will definitely be coming back!

Mr Bugmbe, Year 6

I took my Year 5s to Nuclear Wild Forest for a team building day of in the first week of term. Our school have been going for over 8 years now. It was incredible: the team helped children bond, overcome fears and built up the children's confidence, ready to tackle the new school year. What most impressed me was how inclusive the day was and all of our SEND students thrived. Sam and the team are wonderful. Get down to the Wild Forest!

Mr Halsall, Chalkwell School

We recently took a group of year 11 students on a 2 hour course and they absolutely LOVED it! The team were amazing and were so encouraging to all of our students. I would highly recommend this as a teambuilding day for students or adults. We had a blast! Thank you so Sam and the team.

Mrs Frost, SHSB

I just wanted to drop a line to say a huge thankyou, for our Leavers trip last week. The children (and adults) had a fantastic time. All but 1 took part in the death slide at the end which is a great achievement, as some started the day with the comments, "absolutely not I'm not doing that....." Its great to have such a fantastic facility on our doorstep that we can use. We will definitely be back again next year.

Mrs Wood, Bentley St Pauls

Our students had an incredible day with the team at Nuclear Races. The staff there were friendly, kind and supportive. All students were encouraged to face their fears, work together and challenge themselves physically. The students completed numerous obstacles and activities and each child hand plenty of time with the staff and the equipment. Our day was filled with smiles and we created and shared a memory that will last with the students and staff for years to come. We ran a student survey upon our return and one questions asked if they would recommend the trip to other year groups - it received an 100% 'Yes' result!

Mr Hill, Thorpe Hall

This was our 4th consecutive year of taking all our Year 7s to Nuclear Wild Forest and yet again it did not disappoint. We took just over 230 students to the Nuclear Races with the aim to spend time with their new tutors and to build on their early friendships they have made. Sam makes the organisation so easy for us as a school and this is one of the reasons that I keep bringing back our students. Her team of staff we have got to know over the years and student safety and enjoyment is their priority at all times. Recently we have had older students talk about their best times at Mayflower and this trip is always featured in their highlights, the photos of their faces speaks for themselves! #welovemudMayflowerhigh

Mrs Cooke, Mayflower School

I couldn’t recommend Nuclear Wild Forest enough! We took a 240 year 7 students and all the students LOVED the experience! It was great to see all the students really getting stuck in and using great teamwork to complete all the activities! The organisation from the Wild Forest team is amazing, getting all students involved even if they are feeling slightly nervous. The students really enjoyed all the activities, especially the water ones! It was a great time had by all!

Molly, St Alban's Girls School
