Registrations

By registering your child to our club you accept our Terms and Conditions and confirm that you are the legal parent or guardian of the child.

The payment for the club sessions must be paid in advance.

Bookings are non-refundable after 24 hours unless the first session is more than a month away.

A child's place in the club is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another child.

As our club involves scheduled sessions and limited spaces, registrations are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation policy under consumer regulations, as they fall under services related to leisure activities with a specific timeframe.

No refunds will be given for missed sessions and they cannot be rearranged.

We reserve the right to cancel any child's registration in our clubs at any time. The reasons for such cancellations may include but are not limited to the child behaving unacceptably, damaging property, or behaving in a way that puts at risk the health and safety of any other person.

By registering, you agree that your contact details will be added to our mailing list, and you will automatically receive emails and notifications about future club sessions, updates, and related activities. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Toilet Training Requirments

All children attending our club must be fully toilet trained. As our instructors cannot leave the classroom during sessions, we are unable to provide assistance with toileting. Please contact us in advance if your child requires special arrangements. Failure to meet this requirement may result in withdrawal of membership without a refund.

After School Club Pick-Up

We operate a strict policy regarding the collection of children after the club has finished. We fully reserve the right to withdraw your child's membership for late pick-ups. Please note that no refund will be offered in such cases.

Club Activities

We reserve the right to make changes to the club activities and the delivery sequence.

Property

If a child wilfully damages VSTEAM property their parent/guardian will be liable for the cost of repair, replacement, or any associated insurance excess.

Behaviour

If a child misbehaves we reserve the right to exclude the child for the remainder of the session. No refunds will be given in the such case.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of a club session or programme being cancelled, our liability is strictly limited to refunding any fees we have directly received for the affected sessions. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect losses, including but not limited to claims from parents, guardians, or third parties for costs or compensation relating to cancelled sessions.
