David Woolley
David Woolley studied West African Djembe and Djuns under the guidance of Drum/Dance master Almami Kamara aka Maitre Samsou during his time in the Gambia. He also played with members of Allah Tantoo, Follocoh, Canella and African Ballet. During his visit, Almami Kamara’s newest group Joliba were rehearsing to perform during the new tourist season.

End of Day Performance
The end of day performance option to the workshops has been developed by David over a number of years. Each session during the day is tailored towards a performance for parents, other children etc. The performance contains an African song, drumming and dance with the children dressed in African shirts and head bands.
