Creative and Cultural Dance Workshops

At ‘Dance Workshops for All’ we are proud to deliver dance workshops to a variety of different educational settings from Early learning centres, Schools and colleges to suit all age ranges through to adults. We are passionate about communication through educational dance workshops. Inspiring students in the art form of dance and teaching a diverse selection of styles influenced from many different cultures and locations around the world. The workshops we provide bring the vibrancy of not only the music the costumes and props we apply to our dance sessions replicate the authentic themes we portray. Your students will be in a safe environment to learn from our professional dance tutors who are all fully DBS checked. Our ‘Dance Workshops for All’ tutors are enthusiastic about inspiring students of all abilities to actively take part in the array of styles we can offer and promote the wellbeing effects that dancing can bring.

Format

The structure of educational dance workshops can be tailored to fit into a usual school day. In our experience we find that an appropriate class duration is between 30 mins to 90 mins for each session

EYFS - Y6, Nursery, Reception

Cultural Dance Workshops

Students taking part in Cultural workshops will learn about countries and their unique celebrations and festivities and how they originated specific to each location, learning the diversity and variations of each culture. Students will actively learn about authentic themes and their meanings across the globe set in a structured workshop suited to a variety of ages and abilities.

Creative Dance Workshops

A creative workshop is an active learning experience designed to unlock students’ creative talents they perhaps didn’t realise they had! Inspiring students to use their own imagination developing skills through movement to music, building confidence and broadening the horizons of students of various abilities or age ranges.
